The forms he returns to most frequently are the thousand-petalled lotus, a symbol of enlightenment, and the process of transformation itself: objects no longer wanted, made into something considered again. His practice is rooted in a sustained meditation discipline that gives the work its particular quality of stillness beneath the surface complexity. Walters founded his gallery in Soho in 2017 and has collaborated with Christie's, the Saatchi Gallery, Somerset House, Art Basel, and the Royal Foundation, alongside commissions for Aston Martin, Fortnum and Mason, and Bang and Olufsen.
