*Personalised delivery from a member of our own trusted team to the room of your choice. This service can also unpack and hang if requested and notified prior to delivery.
What To Expect
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll get an email and phone call to confirm delivery timeline and answer any further questions. We will confirm at this point how your order will be delivered (subject to value, fragility and destination).
- If your order is being delivered by courier, they will send you a text message when they have collected from us to advise you of your delivery date. On the day of delivery they will send you another text message in the morning with a one hour timed window within which your delivery should arrive. They will also offer you the option to track or amend your delivery should you wish.
- If your order is being delivered by White Glove Delivery, our Customer Service team will contact you in advance to confirm your delivery date. They will then send you a text message the evening before your delivery date specifying a four hour window within which your order should arrive.
- For gallery collection, we’ll let you know when your order is ready to pick up from our gallery.
If you’d like help installing your art, we have trusted Art Hangers who can quote for this. The quote will depend on variables like size, and placement of artwork (above stairways is more expensive). Please advise our team prior to delivery if this is required.
If your art is not ready to hang, we will leave it wrapped ready for you or your installer to hang yourselves at a later point.
If your order is delivered by White Glove Delivery then we are happy to remove the packaging and take it with us. Please advise our team prior to delivery if this is required.
We will do our best to combine multiple items in one delivery.
Most items comes with a certificate of authenticity; if a certificate exists, you will receive this with your order.
We deliver to all areas of the UK. Please note that the Channel Islands are considered an international location (see international delivery for further details). Islands and some more remote areas may receive our White Glove Delivery from a trusted partner. We work closely with these partners.

We offer global delivery usually through our trusted international courier Team Global. Please note that additional charges for customs, duties, VAT, and other fees may apply, and these are your responsibility. See *Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes, Levies & Other Charges for more details
Currently, our website does not support international delivery, but we’re happy to help! Please contact our studio management team at studiomanager@mkwcreative.com to place your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’ll be delighted with your artwork. But if not, you have 7 days from the point of delivery to contact us to organise a return. There is a fee for collection of the artwork (the same fee paid for delivery, see above). There is no fee for exchanges or online refunds.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged, ideally in the original packaging. Items which have been damaged in transit may not be eligible to be refunded.
We are very happy to receive returns to a gallery but please contact our Customer Service team first so that we can be ready to assist you.
If you have purchased online, our Customer Service team will be able to assist you with your exchange or return. We can help organise a courier DPD or our own delivery service to collect the items from you on a convenient day.
If your order has arrived damaged, please retain all original packaging and notify us immediately of this so that we can arrange reframing, a replacement or a refund depending on the circumstances.
Our refunds are managed centrally and should be processed within 14 days of the receipt of a returned item.
