Annalù (A. Boeretto) was born in 1976 in San Donà di Piave, near Venice, Italy. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice in 1999 and currently lives and works in a stilt house by the Piave River in Passarella di San Donà di Piave.
Since 2001, her work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group shows in Italy and abroad. For several years, she has been focused on developing sculpture and installation art, delving into themes of transformation and the mysteries of creation. Annalù brings together unexpected materials such as resin, paper, bark, glass wool, bitumen, sand, cement, and roots to form entirely new realities. These include suspended worlds and imaginary architectural forms where lightness carries a sense of alchemy..
